Delivery
Most items are manufactured to order due to the wide range of kits available. We make every effort to have goods reach you within 7 business days from receipt of order, however, from time to time this may not be possible. Our sales team will make every effort to notify you of any delays, it is therefore imperative that you provide as many details as possible when placing your order.
We use DHL to safely deliver our kits to addresses all over Europe. Delivery options are as follow:
Our shipping costs are based on volumetric weight (ie size of package) and all packages are flat-packed to ensure safe delivery. We offer a range of standard deliveries and these prices are for up to 5 kits ordered at one time. If you are outside the specified area, or require a different service, please call us.

Although we work hard to ensure deliveries are on time, PVL UK cannot be held responsible or liable for any costs or damages that may arise as a result of late delivery.
Please note that there may be local duty and/or taxes payable on goods delivered outside the UK. PVL UK Ltd is not responsible for paying these charges.
Damage / Returns
If your goods are received damaged we must be notified within three working days and both the goods and packaging must be retained for possible inspection by us or our courier company.
If the goods are incorrect in some way, you must inform us within three working days as to the nature of the problem. Our sales team will discuss the issue with you and then, depending on the nature of the problem, we may ask you to repack the goods so that we can organize for our carrier to collect them. Normally this can be arranged within a 2 working days.
Where goods supplied are of the wrong type, material or colour, we aim to ship replacements within 48 hours of the advice being given to us.
Cancellations and Refunds
All kits are made to order and we aim to turnaround your order promptly. Since the kits we manufacture are vehicle specific, we do not hold stock. Therefore, you may cancel your order without charge up to 24 hours after placing it with us, but thereafter, the following cancellation charges will apply:
Orders cancelled within 24 hours of placement - 100% refund
Orders cancelled within 2 working days of placement - 50% refund
After 2 days, we are likely to have already commenced production, so no refund can be given
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund and you can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your cancellation.
